We are currently looking for a committed and reliable school cleaner for a site located in Grimsby.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm, delivering efficient, high-quality cleaning services throughout our educational establishment. Your cleaning routine will contribute significantly to our academy’s well-being, maintaining an inviting, safe and healthy environment for both staff and students.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Cleaning the toilet areas meticulously and restocking necessary products such as toilet paper, hand soap and towels.

– Ensuring all high touch point areas are wiped down and sanitised to maintain a hygienic environment.

– Thoroughly vacuuming various areas around the school including classrooms, corridors, and offices.

– Diligently mopping all applicable areas including the entrance hall, classrooms, corridors and canteen areas.

– Emptying rubbish bins throughout the building on a daily basis.

– Handling any other necessary cleaning tasks, as required, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

One essential requirement for this position is an Enhanced DBS certificate. If you don’t currently have one, we can assist you in obtaining it. Having a valid Enhanced DBS certificate is crucial for anyone working in an environment with children and vulnerable adults to ensure their safety.
